Come join us on Sunday July 29 for the third annual Lake Delta Intermediate and Sprint Distance Triathlon at Lake Delta State Park.  The event will begin on the shores of the beach, with a transition area right off the swim area.  The 24 mile bike will wind through the rural roads of Westernville, with a run course in the park itself. 

Be one of the first 500 athletes to sign up and receive a Technical T-shirt from the Sneaker Store.  Fast, accurate results will be provided by Yellow Jacket Racing out of Rochester, NY.  Whether you are a first time athlete, age group competitor, or just tuning up for the Ironman Syracuse event, don’t miss the first edition of Central New York’s premier triathlon event.
