ATC Endurance is committed to getting you to the finish line. With a degree in Physical Education and Athletic Training, I have the necessary knowledge to build endurance athletes. My athletic influences come from my education and experience, but also from authors such as Jack Daniels. Combine that with over 15 years experience in the sport and four years as a head Cross Country Coach at the collegiate level, and it’s easy to see how I can help you.
Call or email to set up a session with Michael Brych to go over your goals, objectives, and eventually training plans for the upcoming season. I will meet with you in person, over the phone, iChat, or however you need to get together. I will give you a step by step guide to your training based on your exercise history, experience, and goals.
My plans work best with six months of time before the actual event, perhaps longer if this is your first marathon or triathlon. I break the season down into four distinct phases with specific elements to work develop as you get to race day. Be sure to call or write early for best results.
